Church programming indoctrinates people into the conscious belief that the shadow is evil and any representation or confrontation of it is demonic. I have seen countless numbers of YouTube videos on this topic, where you will see some self-proclaimed witch documenting her story about how she went from the occult to Jesus, due to her experience with demonic forces or spirits/entities. One might have been under the illusion that the persecution of witches is something that happened i the past. You would be sorely mistaken on that point. Former “new age” witches are trotted out on the stage in order help the church and its doctrine which is to continue to promote the false light, and so maintain the power of the dark shadow hidden beneath it, the dark secrets of the church are what all hold within their energetic field, as soon as they take one the excessive sugar of church beliefs. To become a church goer is to hold the “light” of church doctrine, in addition to, the darkness and the shadows that it has carried for centuries. When you are “born again” in that way, you are resurrecting more than you bargained for. You are signing up to your own personal self-sacrifice and personal doom. It is not reconcilable.
It is the law of this world that all things hold their shadow and their light simultaneously. What most people don’t know is that the brighter the light, the darker the shadow. These former witches were not properly inducted into the Great Mysteries, and so they simply would grab onto whatever fad the new age offered them in terms of spells or other forms of witchcraft of which they were truly ignorant. Whether they called themselves “good” witches or “dark” witches, they would carry both energies, and so, they were walking into a situation that they didn’t understand, couldn’t manage, and so fled in fright and fear. All magicians know that they must work with the shadow and the light and must learn to transmute those two elements in order to align with the divine and the natural world that emanates through divine. That work is not for everyone and it has nothing to do with the church whatsoever.
But the church is widely successful because human beings have a fear of the shadow. By nature, the shadow is a concept that embraces all of what is hidden from our consciousness. In modern times, what is conscious is considered as being more important, and more “real” than anything else is. That which is unexplained, unproven, indemonstrable, such as the supernatural, death, or the Great Mystery itself is considered at best to be entertainment, and at worst to be demonic. The modern mind is so deeply programmed to believe that the shallow knowledge of reality that mind maintains is somehow the truth about the very essence of who we are. One would have to be completely dissociated from their own being in order to believe that life could be so simple. As a result, dissociation has been the goal of modern humanization and the church, even if that dissociation is done in the content of spiritual concepts of “love and light”.
Nietzsche predicted the future of the mind of mankind before the turn of the 20th century. “God is dead”, he declared, and he declared it because God had become a concept, a mental configuration, a ghost. God was no longer the living eternal being, the Source of all, through which our living souls found live and inspiration and creativity. No, God had become a kabuki mask of our ideals, our perceptions of what good and purity might be. That projection — of the mask — is what most people live inside of as T.S. Elliot noted:
We are the hollow men We are the stuffed men Leaning together Headpiece filled with straw. Alas! Our dried voices, when We whisper together Are quiet and meaningless As wind in dry grass Or rats' feet over broken glass In our dry cellar Shape without form, shade without colour, Paralysed force, gesture without motion; Those who have crossed With direct eyes, to death's other Kingdom Remember us-if at all-not as lost Violent souls, but only As the hollow men The stuffed men. The Hollow Men, I, T.S. Eliot.
Spirituality has become an occupation of the Hollow Men, as long as it remains in the realm of absurd light and love, and a pretense to some kind of moral superiority over others who are not “as spiritual”. This is no different from the Church who teaches that those who do not follow the Church teachings are going to hell. All of it is the same, it is just a different mask, like any other.
Who we are is much more mysterious than the conscious mind would like to imagine, and we each carry an enormous amount of energy. The hollow consciousness is simply the consciousness that has been emptied to the point of nothingness, to the point of even nihilism, to the point of no experience and meaning, no reason to get up in the morning, and no reason to maintain one’s health. Imagine reaching the point where most human beings require drugs in order to make their life in half-bearable. Imagine requiring entertainment and vacations in order to be motivated about life. One has to be completely, again, dissociated from the remarkable experience of who they are in order to believe that such distractions are needed.
Modern spirituality is a distraction, just as religion is. It doesn’t teach the shadow, but only indoctrinates people into thinking that they even know what it is, or that they have any handle on it. The wise man and woman knows that they know nothing. I am going to repeat: The wise man and woman know that they know nothing. That means what it means. How many people think that they know the answers to the lives of particular others, the problems, the solutions, the remedies, and the pathways? How many people dare to declare that another would be better off dead, or that another will suffer light years of punishment and suffering for their errors. I have seen such “teachers” and I recommend that you remove yourselves from them. The drive to punishment is the shadow for the drive to redemption. When one cannot resolve or free themselves from the shadow, they will project that shadow onto all others, which will become a driving force in the destruction of whatever has taken on the projection. It is a vicious force and usually appears in those who try too hard to be a force of goodness and kindness. Talk of “putting on the armor of God”, or “standing for righteousness and the Lord”. All of that, in all its forms, is a dreadful omen. When they act out that role, they unconsciously irritate and activate the darkness.
The more striking their lightening becomes, the more dire the darkness becomes.
The way to resolve this is particular to each individual, and so it is up to you and you alone to work with your shadow and to pay attention to the light and what is lighted (consciousness). Society itself is obsessed with false light projections and it is in fact the playground of the shadow, a place that allows for all sorts of absorption and magnification, not for the sake of working with light/shadow and dissolving them into neutrality, but for the sake of making dark shadows known, accepted, and activated. There are many spiritualists who believe they are on “missions” to save people, and they have out of body experiences that take them there. They are too ungrounded to notice that they are being completely deceived by the activated shadow play of the collective unconscious. Modern society, as a result, has become a veritable cesspool of diversification inspired by shadows that want to play outside the boundaries even of their false light work. I don’t need to get into details here, but we are living in age where pornography has become standard issue for display, where entertainment has lost all sense of boundaries, and where destruction has become more interesting than anything else. Our “heroes” are drunk drug addicts who are paid more than kindergarten teachers. Our healers are filled with all sorts of the walking dead. I have seen it time and time again. If you haven’t noticed, you haven’t been paying attention.
Consider also that society is where we seek inclusion, due to fear of loneliness and alienation. Can you see what choices individuals face when it comes to the deep fear of loneliness? The dissociation from their own being has led people to embrace t the shadow play of society. It becomes a sink or swim issue. Most people choose to swim, in the dark and dank waters. Even those who want to “improve society” will get caught up in the currents – they will want to profit from their efforts or find fame and fortune there. What kind of energy must you take on in order to be successful in a sick society, that is teetering on social collapse, to be perhaps saved by the kind dark hand of some kind of monstrous government entity, some kind of strange theoretical savoir, one whom everyone can find comfort in until they finally pass away, just as empty and hungry as they were when they entered this life.
Here we go round the prickly pear Prickly pear prickly pear Here we go round the prickly pear At five o'clock in the morning. Between the idea And the reality Between the motion And the act Falls the Shadow For Thine is the Kingdom Between the conception And the creation Between the emotion And the response Falls the Shadow Life is very long Between the desire And the spasm Between the potency And the existence Between the essence And the descent Falls the Shadow For Thine is the Kingdom For Thine is Life is For Thine is the This is the way the world ends This is the way the world ends This is the way the world ends Not with a bang but a whimper.
